– Breadth in Biology – assesses content from all AS modules (50%) – 90 minute exam
– Depth in Biology – assesses content from all AS modules (50%) – 90 minute exam
– Practical endorsement – not examined and reported separately

A Level

– Component 01 – assesses content from modules 1, 2, 3 and 5 (37%) – 135 minute exam
– Component 02 – assesses content from modules 1, 2, 4 and 6 (37%) – 135 minute exam
– Component 03 – assesses content from all modules (26%) – 90 minute exam
– Practical endorsement – not examined and reported separately

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

5 Grade 4s and above to include Grade 6 in GCSE Biology or Double Science and Grade 6 in Mathematics.
