Students at English Martyrs’ are taking part in Children’s Mental Health Week from 7th-13th February. The theme this year is Growing Together, encouraging children (and adults) to consider how they have grown, and how they can help others to grow.

Our Wellbeing Champions have been involved in STOPP training, a technique we can all use when we feel overwhelmed by situations, circumstances or feelings. The Champions are excited to share their training and techniques with their forms.

Our Champions have also worked hard in creating displays, ensuring all their Form rooms have the STOPP logo and Wellbeing email posters displayed.

As part of Children’s Mental Health Week, we are also taking part in ‘Time to Talk’, where all students are given the opportunity to let staff members know of any worries they may have and to receive ‘Time to Talk’ help, strategies and guidance that they may need.
