On Wednesday 7th February we had 27 year 8 students visit the University of Leicester to take part in a ‘Medicine Calling Taster Day’.

It was a fantastic experience for the students who took part in three different workshops lead by medical students from the University. They got to use a stethoscope and take their own and their friend’s blood pressure, amongst other things.

The day was interesting, informative, and engaging for the students who may one day be our future Doctors!
