On Monday 6th December, Year 7 visited Loughborough Town Hall for the Christmas production of Aladdin.

Year 7 were eagerly involved as audience members from the off, booing as evil Abanazar appeared on stage and were soon swept off to Shangri-La where they met the chosen one – cheeky young Aladdin.

Students joined in all the singing with great energy and even showed off their dance moves.

They thoroughly enjoyed the jokes, especially the references to our very own Chaplain, Mr Noakes.

It was wonderful to see the students mesmerised when Aladdin took to his magic carpet to find his love. The sight of the carpet hovering over the first few rows was certainly their favourite moment!

This annual pantomime tradition has proved once again to be a thoroughly enjoyable experience for all.
