English Martyrs’ Catholic School is pleased to be working alongside Leicestershire Police on an initiative aimed at strengthening trust, confidence and positive relationships between young people and the police.

As part of this partnership, PCSO Jo Burton from West Leicester Police recently visited our school to engage with students, encourage open conversations and help young people better understand the role of policing in their communities.

The initiative provides students with valuable opportunities to share their views, ask questions and develop greater confidence in approaching the police for advice and support.

Mr Alessandrelli, Head of Year 7, is helping to coordinate the initiative at English Martyrs’, supporting opportunities for students to have their voices heard.

We look forward to continuing this partnership and providing further opportunities for our students to engage positively with Leicestershire Police.
