On Tuesday 22^nd September the year 9 boys football team began their season with 2 matches in the West Leicester local league.

The team began with a fixture against Beaumont leys and were victorious with a 3-0 win. An all-round great performance from the team, maintaining strong possession and finishing the chances that they managed to create.

The second match followed against Babbington, where the team continued their strong play and eventually won the match 5-0.

Congratulations to the 14 students who attended these fixtures – a great start to the new season!
