Last night the Year 8 Girls Badminton team won the county round of Badminton at Babington Academy. They will now have the chance to compete in the regionals that will take place in Nottingham. All 4 girls were super and showed excellent sportsmanship which was commented on by the leader of the tournament. A moment which showed this was when one of our students coached another after beating her by 21-1 and helped her with her returning shots to help her improve for the future.

As a school we are very proud of all four students that competed and wish them good luck in their future regional tournament.
