Friday 28th May marked the end of an era for our Year 13 students who joined together for Mass and a summer BBQ to celebrate their achievements over the last two years. This event came at the end of a week of activities including an inter-form debate, a Leicester University talk on student budgeting, a sports afternoon and workshops in cooking on a budget and mindfulness techniques. A busy week indeed!
Father Simon celebrated Mass in the sunshine and the beautiful liturgy recognised the incredible contribution our students have made to our community, their academic successes and the amazing spirit with which they have approached challenging circumstances over the last year.
We wish our students a restful summer as they prepare for their new adventures in September!
