On Wednesday 5 February, Violin students attended a master class in school given by Griff and Olga, post graduate students at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. This offered students the opportunity to work on repertoire they are currently learning and to work on points of technique. Our students found the masterclass really helpful.
Afterwards the teachers became performers and played a spectacular concert for our Erasmus students, their families and all our guests which featured the Nuevo Tango music of twentieth-century Argentinian composer Astor Piazzola.
