Are you having trouble logging in to “Show My Homework” at home or via the App?
If so, please try the following solution:
LOG OUT/SIGN OUT of ALL Microsoft accounts on your devices (laptops, mobiles, tablet PCs etc). The type of accounts include: email accounts ending in @hotmail/@outlook/@live
Once logged out of these types of accounts, you can load the app or website, click on “login” using, if a student - Office365 email address/password, if a parent – code provided by the school.
Once signed in, all personal Microsoft accounts can be logged back in and everything should work as normal.
As with all new systems, there tends to be a “glitch” or two. Hopefully this will solve any issues you are experiencing with Show My Homework.
