Dear Parents
Nottingham Diocesan Catholic Youth Service - National Youth Funday
Non-Uniform Day – Friday 20th November 2020
As part of this term’s fundraising for NDCYS, we will have a non-uniform day on Friday 20th November 2020.
Students should come to school in appropriate casual clothes. For Health and Safety reasons jewellery must not be worn and shoes should be practical, sensible and safe.
The usual high standard of conduct and manners are expected. The usual school rules apply which includes no mobile phones. Students are asked not to wear expensive items of clothing to school. Please note that students must wear tops with sleeves, no crop tops. Skirts and shorts should be of an appropriate length and leggings may only be worn with a skirt or dress. All clothing should be suitable for the weather bearing in mind that we have a duty to keep windows open in classrooms at present and the temperature in class is lower than normal.
A donation of £1 is requested from each student (£2 for a family), which will be collected during the day in ‘bubbles’. Students should please bring a £1 coin for payment if possible.
On the day, sessions A & B will be taught as normal. Students must bring all the books and equipment needed for these lessons. PE and Dance kit is to be worn as usual.
May I wish everyone a good day.
Yours sincerely
Marius Carney
Principal
