Live, free broadcast from the Royal Shakespeare Company - Macbeth

Mrs Sheehan writes:

We have registered for a live, free broadcast from the Royal Shakespeare Company.

At 10am, on Friday 29th January, you will be able to use this link to view Michael Morpurgo's version of 'Macbeth', read and performed by RSC actors. It will last for up to 45 minutes, and will be available on demand if you miss the live stream.

Your English teachers strongly recommend you watch this: for Year 9, it is a useful way to strengthen your grasp of the story, and for Years 10 and 11 it will be an easy way for you to revise the main ideas of the play. The site has links to supporting resources which you should investigate.

You could also use the link to access on-demand recordings of Morpurgo's versions of other plays - 'A Midsummer Night's Dream', 'The Tempest' and 'Romeo and Juliet'.

It's wonderful that we have this free opportunity - please grab it.
