Many congratulations to the 108 Sixth Form students (a school record) entered for the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ), who have achieved superb results again this year.
The provision of EPQ for all at Sixth Form is an integral part of our commitment to academic rigour. It gives English Martyrs' students the opportunity to explore a research topic of their choice and to undertake a journey of discovery into subjects that most interest them.
The Extended Project provides vital skills for our students, preparing them for the demands of higher study at University.
Strong performance in the EPQ can also lead to reduced entry grade offers from some of the most prestigious universities, giving our students further advantage in completing this valuable qualification.
