The past year has been full of unexpected challenges and changes to how we live our lives. What’s most remarkable about our school community at English Martyrs’ is that, throughout this time, our students have not only kept going, but have continued to strive towards their goals with enthusiasm and a deep desire to learn and improve every day.
To celebrate all the achievements of our students over the past year, we held open air awards assemblies for Years 7 to 10 in the quad from 29th June to 2nd July.
As this academic year draws to a close, we thank our students and staff for all their hard work and commitment and we thank God for our blessings with the following prayer:
Almighty ever-living God, thank you for the gift of education in every form.
Lord, we come to you today to ask for wisdom, knowledge and understanding
to help us follow the right path in our pursuit of academic excellence, generosity of spirit and fulfilment.
